Merge Chartboost android manifest

Chartboost one: Second one: They both are at *Plugins/Android* location. The second one, I think, I got it first with the installation of admob, where they said to go to the *Temp/StagingArea* location and copy the AndroidManifest from there to *Plugins/Android*. **What is the proper way to merge these 2 manifests in one?**
